Purity has a job opportunity for a Full-time Customer Care Representative for its head office in Acton. This fast paced hands-on position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of handling of all customer orders and queries.

HOURS:                  Sunday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Sunday hours are flexible)

GRADE:                  5

Salary Range :         $48,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

Location:               Acton, Ont

 

SUMMARY Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative delivers proactive, high quality service and support to both internal and external customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, brokers, and Account Representatives regarding orders, credits, inquiries, and issue resolution for the first bullet point under essential duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

·       Obtains orders via phone, and ticketing system and enters the orders into the AS400/Webseries system.

·       Assists customers with all product and sales queries and complaints.

·       Handles inbound calls and inquiries.

·       Performs order maintenance and completes follow up through outbound calls to our accounts.

·       Processes any authorized credits for accounts through the AS400/Webseries system.

·       Provides the highest level of customer service to all Accounts.

·       Builds and maintains customers’ relationships.

·       Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·       Proven successful history in Customer Service

·       Spoken and Written French is an Asset

·       Excellent phone manner

·       Knowledge of an AS400/Webseries system is an asset

·       Microsoft Office skills a must

·       A strong team player
