We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Wellness) responsible for developing, executing, and continuously optimizing data-driven sales strategies within their assigned region. This role blends regional field leadership with inside sales oversight and requires strong analytical acumen, financial accountability, and disciplined pipeline management. The Wellness Regional Manager will drive revenue growth through forecast accuracy, KPI performance management, and CRM accountability, while providing ongoing professional development opportunities and motivating the team to exceed sales targets. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager and will be based out of Acton Head Office, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic, data-informed sales plans aligned with corporate growth and margin objectives
- Lead regional forecasting and establish territory-level performance goals
- Partner with sales representatives to guide account planning, including sales, trade spend, advertising, business reviews and ROI analysis
- Directs reps on regional priorities and in-store opportunities based on performance data and opportunity analysis
- Analyze sales performance metrics including sell-through, distribution gaps, and promotional effectiveness to refine strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and vendors, ensuring sales reps do the same
- Manage regional budgets and control expenditures in line with financial targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Purchasing, and Sales leadership to align execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare regular sales reports outlining performance, growth opportunities, and client expansion plans
Team Development & Execution
- Develop sales team through work-with assessments, stand-ups, weekly group activities and one-on-one meetings
- Drive adoption and effective use of Proton AI and Pronto in daily sales activities
- Ensure CRM compliance, maintaining high standards for data accuracy, pipeline stages, and reporting integrity
- Support and manage Head Office relationships alongside sales representatives
- Other job duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Proton AI
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of accountability with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution
· Industry knowledge is an asset
