Position:             Costing & Pricing Coordinator Grade Level:       6

Location: Acton, Ontario

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Summary of Role

Reporting to Costing & Pricing Manager, the Costing & Pricing Coordinator provides a high level of support to both internal and external partners. This is an entry level position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Process Pricing Adjustment requests (PAF’s) on a regular basis

·       Pricing notifications - Monthly Custom Price forms and Price change notifications

·       Custom Pricing Forms – Create or maintain Custom Pricing Forms and Order Forms on a monthly and/or as needed basis (ie. CHFA, PAF updates)

·       Complete Listing & New Item forms for retailers (forms & portal Work)

·       Complete custom promotional file requests

·       Customize Prebooks (Cost +and Fixed Price Customers)

·       Maintain Retailer user settings in ERP including Brand/Item Blocks (Amazon & Custom)

·       General pricing assistance Adhoc by Sales requests, ongoing collaboration with the Sales team, including answering costing and pricing related inquiries

·       New brand ‘Pricing department’s tasks

·       Ensure customer specific pricing is loaded into ERP system in a timely manner

·       Collaborate with team members on Yearly ‘Rollover’ assignment

·       Running/ refreshing various reports & queries

·       Other duties/ projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

•         Bilingual in French and English, an asset

•         College Certificate or Diploma

•         High level of organization and attention to detail required

•         Strong Communication, organizational & problem-solving skills

•         Team player

•         Flexibility and solution orientation for changing timelines and actions is necessary

•         Written and verbal communications are important to the role

•         Strong proficiency with Excel, and solid for other Microsoft Office applications
