Brand Program Coordinator (12 Month Contract) - ACTON

Reports To:                    National Marketing Manager

Hours:                             Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends)

Summary of Role

To lead the strategic marketing and execution for Purity Life’s brands, driving growth through annual brand plans, proactive promotions, and sales enablement. This role partners closely with Sales, and provides creative direction to support brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy, Campaigns, and Growth

  • Own and drive annual marketing plans for all Purity Life brands, aligning brand strategy with sales objectives and growth targets
  • Proactively develop promotions, campaign ideas, and sales-driving initiatives to stay ahead of competitors
  • Lead the execution of integrated brand campaigns, including promotions, launches and demos
  • Manage external agency relationships, including PR and demo partners, to support consumer engagement and field execution

Sales Enablement and Creative Oversight

  • Act as the marketing point of contact for all Sales requests related to brands
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and resources, ensuring sales representatives are consistently equipped with up-to-date materials
  • Oversee content and creative needs for brands, including ads, promotional materials, and campaign assets
  • Provide direction and priorities for graphic design, supporting brand execution, ensuring brand consistency and quality

Cross-Functional and Event Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, the Business Development Specialist, Marketing and Communications, Category Management, Purchasing and external vendors to ensure aligned and effective execution
  • Coordinate internal advertising placements and social media support
  • Support brand presence at tradeshows and sales events
  • Other related duties as assigned in support of brand growth and marketing objectives

Skills & Requirements

·       2+ years experience in the Health & Wellness industry

·       Retail selling and education background

·       Strong communication skills

·       Bilingual in French and English is an advantage

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

·       Familiarity with existing brand portfolio is an asset

 

Salary : $55,000/year
